Evolution Risk MGA was founded by Mike Dorrance and Rusty Bailey, former founders’ and managing partners at a national MGA, which they operated from 1986 – 2020. They have always maintained an excellent reputation within the insurance industry with their carrier partners, reinsurers and the independent broker/agency network. The Evolution Risk MGA team is focused on providing competitive programs with tight underwriting, strong program maintenance and limited distribution to achieve profitable results. Evolution Risk MGA understands it’s paramount to maintain profitable programs with all issuing companies to ensure long-term relationships and they have a proven track record of accomplishing this through their distribution plan to generate the most desirable geographic spread of risk through the use of select producers. Evolution Risk MGA chooses to maintain contracts with insurance companies, reinsurance carriers and retail partners who think and act as long-term partners.
